You have decided to make second-hand your first choice. By coming to us, you are committing to making the world more sustainable. So we’d like to make it our responsibility to not let you down!

Every parcel that SwapUp sends with Australia Post is carbon-neutral and supports carbon-offset projects. All orders are also packaged with either: home-compostable satchels that would break down within 90-120 days in a home-compost, or recyclable cardboard boxes.

On rare occasions that we are unable to use our preferred suppliers (above), we will opt for the next best alternative to these services.

How much would this cost me?

We charge flat rate for delivery Australia-wide on orders placed through SwapUp website.

How long does it take to deliver?

We do our best to despatch your order within 1 business day, to be picked up by the courier the following day.

NSW regional and other states (cities and surrounding metro areas)	2 - 4 business days
Regional areas within states other than NSW, Australia	4 - 8 business days

 

We fully understand that the speed of delivery is important to you, so we will try our best to process our order as soon as we receive them. In most cases, tracking of your delivery will be available. We will include this in the order confirmation email sent to you.

Order parcels will be ‘Returned to Sender (us)’ if you do not arrange for a re-delivery or pick it up from your local Post Office in time. In such cases, you will receive a refund for your purchase excluding any postage costs you paid and the cost of Return-to-Sender (RTS) charged by Australia Post.
