SwapUp Community: Meet Paige aka @plus

For this month's SwapUp Community feature, we'd love to introduce all of you to Paige, a digital content creator and plus-size fashion stylist. Read more on how she manages to stay chic in comfortable clothes and be effortlessly stylish everyday.

1. How do you describe your style?

My style evolves and changes so much. I usually go for comfy but also chic outfits. I want to feel amazing and confident in whatever I wear.

2. What's your favourite item that you've purchased on SwapUp and why?

I’m obsessed with the Mahli the label dress I got off Swap Up! Such an amazing find for a great price! It’s just one of those pieces I will forever treasure.

3. Why do you shop second-hand?

You can really find some good quality, unique pieces second hand. I love the excitement you get when you find a beautiful clothing piece and give it a new life in your own wardrobe.

4. How important is size inclusivity when shopping second-hand?

Size inclusivity is so important to me no matter if you’re shopping second hand or new. However sometimes it can be a struggle finding second hand clothing in op shops/second hand stores that are plus size. There’s nothing like being excited for a day of second-hand shopping only to come out empty handed because they didn’t have your size. Being able to use a size filter that’s provided with Swap Up really makes it such a breeze. I’m excited to see the size inclusivity grow with online second-hand shopping. Everybody deserves access to beautiful clothing no matter their size!
