How we inspect items
Condition guide
We assess every item's condition carefully and categorise them into the following:
Collapsible content
New with tags
Brand new with original tags attached
Like new
Excellent condition and could be mistaken for brand new
Lightly used
Minor signs of wear
Signs of wear
Massively discounted item with quite a bit of life left, but may show signs of wear
We try our best to inspect the garment. But given the nature of second-hand items, keep in mind there may be minor flaws present, regardless of the condition 🌱
