TOP TIPS:
⛔️ We have a strict no fast fashion policy. Cull anything from our non-accepted brands before bringing them in (pro tip: use our Brand Checker)
👖 Avoid bringing multiples of one kind (like all jeans or shirts). We won't be able to accept them all in one go as we need to make sure that the store has a diverse selection.
👜 Presentation matters. You wouldn't buy something with damage, stain, odour, or fur so we also don't accept them. Freshly wash the clothes and fold them nicely in a bag to maximise your credit.
⏰ Come on a weekday. Weekends usually have longer wait times. We accept walk-ins (if slots are available), but please note you still have to pay for the SwapUp Pass.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
$11.90 flat rate tracked shipping Australia-wide. We only use Australia Post so you won't have to deal with sleazy couriers!
Please check measurements for each piece as sizes may vary between brands.
Non-standard sizes are translated to standard AU sizing.
We try our best to inspect the garment. But given the nature of second-hand items, keep in mind there may be minor flaws present, regardless of the condition 🌱
